On 8th May, our boarding students took part in a dynamic self-defence workshop led by Strike, a renowned organization specializing in personal safety training. Through engaging demonstrations and hands-on practice, students learned essential skills in situational awareness, self-protection techniques, and confident decision-making.
The workshop went beyond physical preparedness—it also strengthened mental resilience, helping students approach challenges with calm, confidence, and clarity. Guided by experts in a supportive environment, the session was an empowering experience that fostered independence, personal safety, and inner strength, equipping students with tools they can carry into every aspect of life.
