Chairman & Founder

Prabhat Jain has more than thirty-two years of experience leading businesses across education, mining, infrastructure, and beyond. He is the Founder Director of Sarla Holdings Private Limited, Sarla Marbles Private Limited, and Mining Resources Worldwide FZE.

He was a founder of the FICCI Alliance for Reimagining School Education (FICCI ARISE), a Governing Board member of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), and a Management Committee member of several of the country's leading schools.

His principal areas of focus are strategic planning, finance, and business development — and, above all, the patient building of institutions meant to last.

Pranay Jain is a graduate with highest honours from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. Before joining the family business, he worked in various capacities at Accenture, Ernst & Young, and Prosiris Capital Management in New York.

He has been a key driver of the family's interests in the energy and infrastructure sectors, and holds significant responsibilities across the group's education and international mining businesses.

He is also the founder of the technology venture behind Edsy — a proprietary learning and school-management platform now used by international schools.
