We are a family-owned business group that believes the strongest institutions are those built quietly, deliberately, and to last.
Since the early 1990s, the Jain family has built enterprises bound by a single conviction: that quality is never negotiable, and that worthwhile institutions are the work of decades, not seasons. From a single venture, the Group has now grown into four distinct businesses.
Our Chairman, Prabhat Jain, brought international standards to Indian education with the founding of North India's first International Baccalaureate school. That same patience now guides our work in technology, hospitality, and the stewardship of fine estates — each run with autonomy, and each held to the same standard.
