RPJ Group

Built to outlast
its founders.

RPJ Group is a family-owned business group with a three-decade record of building future-ready institutions — in education, technology, hospitality, and the stewardship of fine estates.

About Us

Since the early 1990s, the Jain family has built enterprises bound by a single conviction: that quality is never negotiable, and that worthwhile institutions are the work of decades, not seasons.

What began as a single venture has grown, deliberately and without haste, into four distinct businesses — each a leader in its field, each run with autonomy, and each held to the same standard of care. We have never grown for the sake of growth. We have grown where we believed we could build something that would last.

Our Chairman, Prabhat Jain, brought international standards to Indian education with the founding of North India's first International Baccalaureate school in 2003. That same patience now guides our work across technology, hospitality, and facilities — disciplines that share little on the surface, but everything in their underlying philosophy.

We measure success not in quarters, but in generations.

The next generation of the family is now closely involved in the running of the Group, bringing globally-trained professional discipline to the values it inherited. It is, we believe, the right way for a family business to endure: continuity of principle, paired with renewal of capability.

What We Believe

Principles, not slogans.

01
Patience
We build on a horizon measured in decades. The best institutions cannot be rushed into being, and we do not try.
02
Quality without compromise
In every business, the standard is the same: do the work properly, or do not do it. Quality is never the variable we trade away.
03
Autonomy with accountability
Each business is led by specialists who know their field. The Group sets the standard; the business owns the result.
04
Stewardship
We think of ourselves as custodians, not merely owners — of institutions, of people's trust, and of a name meant to mean something for a long time.
