Mall Trip

The mall trip is probably the most awaited weekend for us boarders; after all, it only happens once a semester. The mall trip for grades PYP-MYP 3 took place on 10th February, the second Saturday of the month. The journey started around 9:15, as we were set to leave the mall at 4:30, spending a good 7 hours there. The bus ride to the mall itself was a space for us to express our excitement as it could not be contained. The bus ride consisted of sing-alongs and snacks. After we got off the bus, we headed off in separate ways with our friends, obviously keeping in contact with our RPs via our phones. We kept ourselves busy with a range of activities (within our budget - Rs 1500) that piqued our interests; ice-skating, movies, arcades, or even shopping. We all made sure to get our fill of the variety of foods: sushi, KFC, McDonald's, etc. The day ended with our stomachs and hearts full of memories and truckloads of food.
