Republic Day Celebrations

On the momentous occasion of Republic Day, the Pathways World School Secondary School assembled in Samagam on the 25th of January 2024 to celebrate 75 years since the enactment of the Constitution of India. Patriotism filled the atmosphere through memorable performances by the students as well as the faculty.

Dancers and musicians from Middle School as well as Secondary School moved the stage with their stellar performances depicting themes such as the Indian freedom struggle and the beauty of an independent India. The audience sang along to patriotic songs that resonated with the spirit of the day, fostering a sense of unity and national pride. As the event reached its culmination, our Secondary School principal, Ms. Manjula Shenoi, commended the students for their enthusiastic participation and highlighted the importance of upholding the democratic values enshrined in the Constitution. She stressed the role of education in nurturing responsible citizens who contribute positively to the nation.

To conclude the celebration, the entire assembly stood in unison for the national anthem. The resonance of "Jana Gana Mana" echoed through the auditorium, symbolizing a collective tribute to the nation. Students, teachers, and staff standing together in respect and unity left an indelible mark, encapsulating the true essence of Republic Day.

Thus, the Secondary School Republic Day was a vibrant and memorable event that successfully blended cultural performances, educational insights, and a collective expression of patriotism. It not only commemorated India's democratic heritage but also instilled a sense of responsibility and pride among the students, developing a deeper understanding of the nation's journey towards freedom and constitutional governance.
