Postcard Round Square

The Woodridge College & Preparatory School in South Africa hosted the Round Square Zoom Postcard Event on October 4, 2023, with a central theme of "Democracy Everywhere: Schools, Families, and Relationships."

The Round Square Conference underscored the significance of democracy. Six students from MYP 2 convened to explore how democracy promotes inclusivity and a sense of value for everyone. During the session, students, educators, and community leaders shared their perspectives on democracy's role in establishing inclusive and equitable educational institutions.

Mr. Quinton, hailing from the College & Preparatory School in South Africa, served as the keynote speaker for this virtual conference. This event highlighted the notion that, even in a virtual environment, we can still connect with others and gain insights from their experiences, underscoring democracy's vital role in various aspects of life, such as schools, families, and relationships.
