Basics Of Vehicle

This Saturday morning, students from grades 8 and 9 participated in a boarding activity designed to impart a crucial life skill: understanding the fundamentals of vehicles. This initiative was organized by the Mekong Residence, recognizing the significance of having knowledge about vehicles and their operation, particularly in emergency situations.

The students gathered near the transportation area and were grouped into teams, with each team assigned an experienced mechanic to guide them in comprehending different aspects of a car. The initial part of the activity concentrated on the mechanical aspects, including the identification of key components of an engine, their respective functions, and how they collaborate to enable the vehicle's operation.

Subsequently, students learned about the controls and instruments of vehicles, their functions, and responsible operation. The activity concluded with a lesson on identifying and repairing a flat tire.

This experience equipped the students with essential knowledge for their safety on the road and provided them with the confidence to handle stressful situations without panicking. Overall, it was an educational and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
