Prabhat has over 32 years of experience in managing businesses across diverse industries including Education, Mining, Infrastructure and others. He is the Founder Director of Sarla Holdings Private Limited, Sarla Marbles Private Limited and Mining Resources Worldwide FZE.
He has been Founder of 'FICCI Alliance for Reimagining School Education' (FICCI Arise), Governing Board member of 'Central Board of Secondary Education' (CBSE) and Management Committee member of some of the leading schools of the country.
Prabhat's key interest areas are strategic planning, finance and business development.
Pranay is a graduate with highest honors from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University.
Prior to joining his family business, Pranay worked in different capacities at Accenture, Ernst & Young and Prosiris Capital Management New York.
Pranay is the key driver of the family's foray into the energy and infrastructure sectors. He also assumes key responsibilities in the group's education and international mining businesses. He is also the founder of Wizemen Technologies LLP, an ed-tech startup that has developed a proprietary learning and school management system for international schools.
